Quality Improvement Project Manager. The Kansas Foundation for Medical Care (KFMC) is a not-for-profit organization focused on improving healthcare quality. In this role, KFMC works with healthcare providers, organizations and beneficiaries to facilitate the improvement of healthcare provided to all Kansas healthcare consumers. KFMC is currently seeking a Quality Improvement Project Manager to support our Quality Payment Program and Practice Transformation initiatives. Successful candidates will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, business, technology or other related field from an accredited college or university or clinical licensure as an LPN or RN. Ideal candidates should also have a minimum of three years of experience as a practice facilitator or coach working in a provider office setting. Experience with PCMH accreditation and workflow redesign is preferred.
