KFMC Once Again Hosts Patient Safety Video Contest

Every healthcare setting has an impact on the overall delivery of safe healthcare, and keeping consumers safe is the top priority.

The Kansas Foundation for Medical Care (KFMC) invites Kansas hospitals, physician offices, home health agencies and nursing homes to participate in Patient Safety Awareness Week. Produce and submit a 2-3 minute video promoting patient safety in your organization. Send entries (via CD/DVD) to KFMC by March 7, 2016. Please submit entries in Windows Media Video Format (wmv).

This is a great platform to highlight your team’s commitment to patient safety and share with your fellow providers. Give your staff a chance to show their pride, use their creativity, and promote patient safety in a unique way. All entries will be judged by a panel of Kansas stakeholders. The winners of the contest will be announced during Patient Safety Week, March 13-19, 2016 and will receive 2 FREE Registrations to the Eighth Annual Summit on Quality ($250 value). The Summit on Quality will be held May 6, 2016 at the Wichita, KS Hyatt.
