The award was presented October 30, 2024, at the Kansas Health Equity Summit, an annual event that brings Kansas equity leaders and health champions together to strengthen and accelerate the shared mission of fairness and optimal health outcomes for all people.

Rapid Response Staffing Support Center Outcome Report

KFMC has released the results of its Rapid Response Staffing Support Center, funded by KDHE through the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity Cooperative Agreement, that provided emergency, temporary staffing support to long-term care facilities and state-licensed homes in response to COVID-19 outbreaks.

Antimicrobial Stewardship Collaborative Formed to Target UTIs in Long-term Care Facilities
